Ready to put my 2001 130 v4 into use. It sat for a year or so. I've rebuilt the carbs and noticed the injection oil is present at the individual outlets in the intake manifold. Does thus suggest the system is ready to go? I've tested the level sensors and they work fine and also confirmed the remote tank filling the main tank on the engine ok. Just don't want to hurt anything. Thanks

I would think your service manual would have a testing procedure on the volume of the oil being produced to those outlets.

But you could premix some fuel to run on and monitor the level on the motor tank that is lowers to see that the proper ratio get used for the gallons of fuel used.
double oil would not hurt the motor for the test

Gasoline evaporates where oil does not. You will see oil residue after the fuel evaporates. Test as mentioned above
