From reading many posts by Rodbolt over the last few years i believe that Rod loves Venezuela, but very much dislikes Hugo Chavez and his Marxist policies.

I'm not even sure that he loves Venezuela.It seems that he mostly loves a certain young lady over there.

He never considered Hugo any kind of Buddy. Just another tyrannical maniacal contemporary of Gee Willikers who'd probably be buddies if they didn't have a seething detestation of eachother. As in magnetism, Polar equals Repel dontcha know.
