Change oil and filters. Drain the blocks, manifolds and hoses.

Pull the drives and do the annual PMs

Basically the info from the manual

The main thing with winterizing is to completely drain all water from the system. Make sure to mechanically clear the drain ports with a stiff wire or a screwdriver

Drain plugs are located:
on bottom of block, just above oil pan rail.
Bottom or end of exhaust manifolds
Every hose

Once drained, it's winterized. If you want to add anti-freeze, use a funnel and add to the thermostat housing

Make sure the anti-freeze is rated for -100 and for engines

And if you use antifreeze...use non-toxic pink RV/boat antifreeze. Don't use toxic automotive antifreeze.

If your boat has any water and/or wastewater systems, those need winterizing too. How will she be stored this winter vs previous winters (up here where it gets pretty cold)?

OK, then check the shaft gland, service the strut bearings and rudder gland, change the raw water impeller if you haven't done it recently
Hey Scott, just wanted to thank you for the help out, she is all winterized and dry dock for the winter.
Appreciate you, thanks again for the input from everyone on this forum, super helpful!

Lots of po' (poor) folks here in the forums who make their dollars & cents count by doing it the right way in not cutting corners from learning from the right people on this forum.

Also by not taking youtube tutorial videos as gospel when they might contain dangerous mistakes.

The only thing a DIY'r gains by doing bad practices in working on their stuff is a thinner wallet/bank account fixing their needless expensive screw ups.

A professional doing bad practices just ends up on the unemployment line a lot faster and possibly a bad reputation that they can't get rid of.
