Windshield rattles like crazy now!

The swinging window in my windshield is rattling like crazy now.
I don't have it closed too often, so I'm probably just noticing it.

Anyway, there are 2 black plastic tabs that swivel around to either hold
the window closed tight, supposedly, or to let it be opened. It seems that
if another 1/8" of taper was added to those tabs, then they would work
much better at keeping the window tight when closed.

Has anybody had the same problem, and have a solution for it?

You can buy little rubber bumpers for cabinet doors and such at Hardware store type places. easy enough to try.

All of mine have either foam tape or rubber bumpers on them. Also, most of those twist latches are just held in place with a screw, it may just be loose.
