will not start at running temp

My 200 Mariner Seafarer,'95, starts and idols well when cold but will not start hot. It also is rough when given fuel to accelarate,runs well at wot. I have also found fuel colored liquid under the flywheel?????
Ideas???

sounds like the crank seal is bad and the oil is shooting up into the stator and trigger - get'er fixed .
