Why I am fat

I finally figured out why I am fat! I should have figured it out sooner. It's the shampoo I use in the shower. When I wash my hair, the shampoo runs down my whole body. Printed very clearly on the shampoo label it reads, "FOR EXTRA VOLUME AND BODY." I have gotten rid of the shampoo and I am going to start using Dawn dish soap. On its label reads, "DISSOLVES FAT THAT IS OTHERWISE DIFFICULT TO REMOVE."

My wife claims I'm getting fat and need to eat less. My buddy says my weight only seems to be going up because the hole in the ozone layer is letting in too much gravity. Guess which one I believe.

Our local donut store chain is Maple Donuts. They are ridiculously good. Their owner is on a billboard saying "a balanced diet is a donut in each hand". That's why I'm fat.

Of course I am addicted to good donuts. Aw heck, who am I kidding, I like them all. I'm the guy that will grab a day old donut and wash it down with coffee and declare it breakfast.:redface:

I WAS that guy ... after tweaking the diet and switching to Dawn dish liquid in the shower I am changing that. My wife says it is the diet, I am sticking with the Dawn dish liquid.

Just tell your wife she isn't exercising you enough. Either she'll drop the doctor routine, or start exercising you more.

Correct me if I'm wrong but in the Middle ages was being heavy a sign of wealth? So that is what I am going with because the bank account sure isnt the fat one.

Being overweight has only one cause! Taking in more calories than you burn!!!

... the real bad thing about it is that it's cumulative 5 lbs. per year for 6 yrs. is 30 lbs.!!!... 12 yrs. is 60... and 18 yrs. is 90.

Do a google search for a BMI calculator and punch in your weight and height to see if you need to diet and exercise... it's the ONLY way to lose weight and get in shape!!!
