Why doesn't this site have a place that people can upload PDF manuals to, So that everybody can have them?

I think a more realistic answer relates to copyright laws and that this is a storefront where they SELL manuals....

They do....for the ones that aren't copyrighted. Unfortunately J/E manuals aren't free use.

It is a Free service and open to public and LOADED with helpful Information, Manuals, Service data etc..!
