Anyone know? Is it just an attwood or maybe a moeller?

Usually they are bought in bulk and could be any of the better brand name units.

When you want a particular brand, best look for it and pass on the house brands.

but when you have one boat dealer in 60 miles your choices are them (Bass Pro) or the internet. We had a privete Mercury dealer till Bass Pro opened now it's a flea market.

The internet doesn't work so good when you need it now.

Other choices are Attwood from Wally or Attwood from Academy. Thus my interest in knowing where Bass Pro sources their stuff.

Isn't Bass Pro Shops an Authorized dealer for Mercury Marine? If so, just get an OEM from them.

Plenty of dealers selling oem parts on the net.
