Who made this boat?

I found this bad boy in a back yard and am thinking of offering a hundred bucks or so for it. I just would like to know what make it is. I have been looking everywhere I can find on sites of " boats with fins'. any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hey Archbuilder, thanks for the link, that site has oodles of great info on it, I was looking at the brochures and I "think" it's a Cadillac constellation. only got up to the H section. Thanks for the help
