I am looking for some help in choosing a model/year Johnson outboard for a small duck boat, 5 to 10 hp, less weight is good but most of all needs to be dependable.
I have a devlin Mallard I built, its a 13' boat with a displacement hull so bigger isn't going to be better as it won't plane out, 5 10 15 top speed is about the same.
