Where's my mod. & ser. number?

Hello to all! This is my first post so I hope to make it simple this time. Where on my '70 hp evinrude can I find my model and or serial number?

on the transom bracket front under motor, or on either side. there is also a welch plug on the cylinder block that may have it.
