Where to go on okoboji

I am curious if anyone knows good spots to camp, what bars are cool to check out, and if there's any place where people beach or moor together (party cove-ish).

Also, in a semi-related point, I heard that on the 4th you need wristbands to get into bars, anyone know the accuracy of that?
