How come I dont see a classifieds section?
I want to do some trading for steering components

Yeah, that's the general boating section. Your best shot will be in the Johnnyrude section. There are guys who will peruse one section regularly and never even look at others. They're missing out on the fun, but I digress. Good luck.

What do you need? The steering wheel is the tough part.

I have the 2 pulleys under the dash. I have the drum and a crappy wheel, I have cable guides. Everything at the back is missing. I was hoping to find the entire kit.

Send a PM to tashasdaddy. He's a whiz with the cable steering and would have some thread links and diagrams to help you. He might also know where to find the parts.

You could also check boat repair section and see if anyone over there is converting to single cable. You might do a deal for their old parts.

I dont get it.
I asked for someone to point me in the direction of another forum(not iboats) that has a classifieds section.

I understand, no public dealings.
Still would be nice to have a trading section for USED parts
