where does the tell tail hose connect

i have a 1995 force 90 that has no water coming from tell tail because it is not connected to anything. i cant find where it would connect any help would be great.

UPDATE: i connected a elbow and the hose up to the small hole in the head that had a little plug in it and still no water coming out. installed new thermostat, and water pump. I also tried it on muffs and submerged. i have water pouring out of prop and sputtering from ports. PLEASE HELP !!!!!!

make sure that there is not kind of obstacle in the pee hole.....dirtdobber, insects, etc..........They are all natorious for making peeholes there pernament home!!!

Did you let it get up to temperature? Water wont come out until it gets up to temperature and the thermostat opens.

Is water coming out of the water outlet on the lower end?
