Ok a standard back to back seat is 16" Deep x 20" across x 16" Tall. You can use an Electric Carving knife to Carve the foam to shape the wings and points and use 3M Spray adhesive to stick it all together. Once it's formed you can lay plastic on the foam and trace the shape to get your patterns and then sew it up. You can do this and make em look almost identical. You can make the bases too if you don't already have em. They look realatively easy to make as well.

The problem is that I need an original seat to make a pattern from.

As an upholsterer, while I do like having the original seats to pattern off of (who wouldnt!) any upholsterer worth their salt can create those seats...if you do not have any luck finding them, take your pictures and the boat to a good upholstery shop and tell them what you want....I would guess that job could be done for less than 500
