where can i find a dog house engine cover?

Hey everyone,

I have a 1988 stingray SVC 190 Super Sport. My dog house / engine cover had rotted out and I am having a hard time finding a place that sells them online. I would love to find a fiberglass or plastic one so I wont have the rotting problem ever again. If anyone could point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it.

They don't sell them.

You can probably find someone to build one for you, but it would cost far more than its worth.

about the only way to do it is to make it yourself, its not hard.

Crazy. I was just given the exact same boat, and it too needs an engine cover. I plan on making one myself. I would love to do a cool custom fiberglass cover, but will probably go with wood for this season. I plan on coming up from the front of the engine, then straight back to the transom. No side seats, but a big deck above the motor. I'll keep you posted on what I come up with, and probably start another thread.
