WHere are the two 50amp fuses located?

Could anyone explain to me where the two 50amp fuses are located? There are two I am supposed to check to see why my tilt and trim is not working and the solenoids just click when I hit the switch. What and where do I look for them?

Could be fusible links on the starter or big 'ol breaker with a button on it on the engine.
