Do 2002 Chaparrals get blisters on the bottom if they are in Lake Ontario water 3.5 months a year ? If yes. Can I do a gell recoat to regain another 10 years or more. Can it be safely done next spring when the hull is at the driest level ?

There are a lot of glass boats up here that get pressure / acid washed every year. Mlne included. I want to know what can be used when the first blister appears.
