I jacked up my starboard side of my tandem trailer and rotated the front wheel that has manual brakes on it, and i hear a constant grinding, i then rotated the back and it was fine no noise and spun well.
the brakes pads were not stuck on the disc hub they had play in them so it wasn't the brakes stuck on the hub, could it be bearings.
and will this restrict towing ability in the way as it makes it harder to pull the trailer.
