Crab Bait,

I'm sorry I missed this thread earlier...but I have a solution to making your van "complete".

http://www.bumperdumper.com/

The Safari is a pretty durable piece of machinery. I have a friend who has one with over 195k miles that spent most of its life pulling a travel trailer all over the continent, even several months in Alaska.

Nav

So Crab Bait, how's it towing?
I'm looking for a replacement for my Aerostar and I need the 3 rows of seats. Astro sounds like a good idea. I have looked at the SUV's but I don't like the prices.

I also bought one yesterday!
2001 Astro, 33000 miles for $14000.
That van is awesome! It allready have a hitch on it. I just took a short drive with my boat (about 3000lbs) and I seriously can't feel it. I thought the Aerostar was towing ok, but now I know different.

BTW I have a tube for sale at ebay if anyone should be interested: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1850624815
There is no minimum or reserve. Highest bidder gets it. It is only used one time, and that was enough to scare the s... out of my kids. They do not want to go tubing again.

Regards
Michael
