What year is this motor??

Hey guys,
Me again. One more question, for my buddy's DT60. I got the serial #, but I don't see a letter to know the year.

where do I look for the proper model #, because the serial number doesn't seem to be it.

I should also say that the serial number APPEARS to be 06901 - 406332. I am not sure about the "9"...hard to see it clearly on the picture I took...could be an "8" or a "3"...but looks like a 9.

looks like they only made them 2 years 83 & 84
Your 9 should be a 0 if this is a 60
The 4 indicates 84
