what year is this motor

I have a chrysler 4 hp outboard with serial # 1513 and a model # 42H2J. Can anyone tell me what year this is and where I might find a type A rewind starter assembly.

It is a 1982.
Took about 10 seconds to find out on Mercruser dot com.
Good pictures too.
Not always the best price, but always good information.
