what material for new floor

I'm getting ready to put new floor on my wellcraft old floor is cut, old flotation foam been removed, stringers are solid as a rock, will use plywood for floor I would like to paint with gel coat after is done what fiberglass mat should I use how many layers in top and under.

Uhhmmm what did you do to confirm that the stringers are good to go? If you didn't core sample them, I'd HIGHLY recommend you do so before putting down a new deck. Visual inspection and hitting with a Hammer tells you Nothing!!
