Got a strange instrument on the dash here./
All wrn out and has no text to state what it is.
It had a level indicator connected to a tube which runs down to the engine bay and is terminated in a flared end and screw cap.
It isn't fuel tank level as thats in the front and on a separate guage.
Could it be some sort of fuel or oil pressure?
pictures attached.
I am holding the guage which has disintegrated.

cheers

engine is a mongrel inboard 2L V4. I can't see anywhere where the flared end connects to anyway.
So... is it :
A Mechanical trim guage?
B water pressure guage?
If a, where would that connect? to the stern drive or the boot?
cheers

Hey Badman, I thought a boot was something you put on your foot not part of a boat. Although I know you guys have a boot in a car.
