The Ranger could have done a little better, he spun the tires to much off the line.<br /><br />Our shop teacher always makes fun of the truck. When the kid who owns it pulled into the shop with race numbers on the windshield the teacher walked over and asked "how many minuets did it run?"
It was funny. At least it looks fast <br /><br />Last time I was at the strip my dad 9.7 in a '67 Chevy Impala (not stock motor or rear end). Kind of one extreme to another.
