What hose diameter to get? Riser fitting

I am looking to replace the hose that connects the 2 risers (out of the bow side).
the risers are off my old block, a 1986 5.7 merc.
What size diameter hose would that be?

Please advise if you can thanks.

Ayuh,... I used a fabric reinforced clear vinyl hose on mine...
Right from the local hardware store...
I put it on for Testin', 'n it's been there ever since...

Btw,... I had to slip a coil spring inside it, so it didn't collapse in the bends..

Man i wish i had the room like that to check my timing...my block is butted up against the aft cabin..and there is no room to get your head back there without getting an eye caught in a pulley
