Gillette Fusion 5 blade. I was skeptical at first, but it does give a great shave. Blades last long too...

Funny isn't it, when we were young guys watching Dad shave we could hardly wait to shave like him. Then about two years after we started, we were sick of it, and had decades left to do it. I use the Gillete Mach 3.

I use the Gillette 5 blade thing. The price of the blades is ridiculous but it shaves really well. I try to use a blade for a couple weeks before I trash it. The last blade usually ends up getting used for a month until I remember to get some more. I use mine in the shower.

Also have a rechargeable Wahl beard trimmer. It's been working fine for almost 10 years.

Mach III. I shave only 2 or 3 times a week and a blade lasts me months. where a disposable would last 2 shaves. Those Mach III blades cost a fortune but they are the best shave I have found, and I have tried the 5 blade.

Is it not a crime when you compare woman's shavers to men's shaver in cost.

I use what ever is on sale and have the green ones at the moment. I to hate buying them and never thought of getting a straight razor. I will have to try it. You might say my wife and I have also had some shaving adventurers also.

Never liked electric shavers much.

My wife uses that chemical stuff they advertise on TV on her legs and loves it, she only has to do it about every 4 months, I am still wondering if it would work on a face! She simply puts it on, then lets it sit and washes the hair away.

Full beard and mustache here. One of my kids posted a pic of me in a hooded sweatshirt on his Facebook, captioned 'Obi Wan Ben Kenobi' and danged if he wasn't right!

Anyway, for the rest of my face and neck I use whatever I get in the Xmas stockings and such. If I have to buy any myself it's a BIC 10-pack.... and yeah, I'm sick of it, too. 40+ years of that s**t is more than enough.

I shouldn't say this but,,, My wife talked me into trying it to remove some of the hair on my back. She put it on and 5 minutes later I had blisters from it. Not a fun time! :(

Yes you should, you never know who you might have saved! From a painful experience!

Not much...

But really, a 20 year old Schick Sensor Excel double-blade, once or twice a week now that I'm retired; used to go every other day when I worked. A blade lasts me a month or two. For the coarse work, I have a Wahl hair clipper set from 1980. Oh yeah, and can't forget the Barbasol Original in a can.

I agree with ezmobee, I hate shaving. Glad my wife understands and tolerates!

Re: What do you shave with?

I shave once a week. Monday morning with the Gillette Mach 3. I call it all business Monday, I almost always wear a shirt and tie. From there it pretty well goes downhill, 5 day scruff and jeans on Friday. The good Lord doesn't care what I look like on Sunday, He just cares where my heart is.

Cheers!

I shave 7 days per week with a Norelco cordless electric. It took about 3 weeks for my beard to adjust to an electric but it is sooo much faster and easier. You just have to go through that 3 week adjustment period and then you will get a shave as close as a blade.

Been growing a beard every hunting season for 20 some years, but clean it up with a Mach III. However, I've been shaving my head for 10 years(can't stand the widows peak) with a straight razor my Pap gave me when if was a teenager. The straight razor just seems to give a closer shave.

Just a twin blade in the shower, save on shaving cream.Get about twenty shaves out of each disposable razor

I use an electric... not sure of the brand, but it works well enough. I really hate shaving!

I don't during winter..
during summer I use a merkur safety razor and feather double edge blades, the blades are like a quarter each and last several weeks, I got sick of paying $15 for 4 disposable blades and get a better shave with the safety razor

Gillette fusion. Shave every day in the shower. Blades last about a month, a little longer if my wife leaves it alone;). Unlike all other razors I've ever used, I don't start getting nicked when it's time for a new blade. It just starts pulling a little and doesn't give me quite as clean of a shave. Havn't used shaving cream in more than twenty years.
