What do you primarily use your tinny for?

So this poll is inspired by a posting by Jason on what he planned on using his boats for. This makes me ask what do you use your tinny for. Please select just one option even though many of us sometimes do the other activities too.

As an avid or should I say fanatic of the Great Lakes big water fishery we have here in Michigan I am designing my rig to be one mean Great Lakes salmon and walleye trolling rig.

sitting in it making motor noises and dreaming, of course.

when i get it usable, this will change to hardcore saltwater fishing out of Sonora and/or Baja California, Mexico, with the boat being left down there in dry storage.

And to be clear, Jas said he was leaning towards more skiing rig then fishing rig on the Islander build, but it could still do a little of both, whatever his BOAT wanted to do on a given day.

In fact he said it several times, I rewatched the Bert's tracks portions of the video twice to make sure I'd heard him right...

That guy's got issues...

My 14' jon is set up for duck hunting. When I finish my '68 falcon it will be just for cruising the river.

One of them, I stand around and drink coffee in, take stuff apart and build stuff back in. Repeat.

Another takes up about a 15' x 30' swath of my forest and drives my wife bonkers when she looks at it.

And a third is currently a frozen block of ice, completely surrounded by nasty glassers on another man's property.





Oh yah, I did have two totally awesome boats that were perfect for fishing and pulling tubes, super awesome actually! Yup, I gave those away in favor of these other ones.

I have been using mine to **** the neighbors off and make them think I build boats for a living apparently :lol:

Multi role, soon to be a selection of 3 choices (I was going to sell off one, but I'm thinking about keeping all 3 and sort them from smallest to largest (Jet, Nova, then Chief).

Then I can walk out to the back yard with a beer in my hand and marvel at my awesome. :rockon:
