Re: What do you drive?

Daily I drive a 01 Hyundai Elantra. I would have preferred an american (is there one of those still made?) but this little Korean is pretty nice. I beat the crap out of it and it takes it all. On feed days and the weekends I have a 89 F250 with 5.8 and 5 spd I abuse. My wife drives a 99 Montana van.

Magster, It is a dry clutch. Dont need the cover. I have one for it but was planing on painting the clutch basket, and plate you see there to match the bike. It's kinda neat seeing that basket spin around in there.

My daily driver is a company van that stays at my house. Its a 2000 Astro. Now my personal mode is a 66 mustang that i've had since 1972. That car has alot of memories. The wife and I got in the back seat the other day to relive some of thos memories, Guess what, when your almost 50 you can't do things like you did at 18.The wife drives a 96 tauras.

Landrover Discovery Series II TD5 ES 7 Seat. Changed the ECU mapping to boost power from 137Bhp to 170Bhp. Great tow vehicle, nothing touches it off road, great on road.

Best 4*4 by Far!

Kenneth I drive Korean too. Hyundai Elantra S/W. Good for 201 km/h - not bad for 1800cc's. Have an Opel Kadett runnabout too. Cars are a ripoff in South Africa with a Ford Mondeo 3l costing R285000.00. Thats half the price of an average family home.
