You see them in factories, an air tool will be suspended from the ceiling by a scissor/spring assembly so that it weighs virtually nothing and the user can move it around.<br /><br />I want to get one, but don't even know where to start searching

Are you talking about JLG lift?some are also boom lifts.

I think that a "SKY HOOK" would do the same thing.
