Yeah I was gonna ask about Sierra. I’ll dig into the manual tonight to see what else is involved, looks like I may need gaskets and other things. Just hope I get the right one, I plugged my serial number into Honda Marine and nothing came up!
I sid some research and the best I could date it was pre-1980

If you ran it without water then the pump impeller is toast.

Seems to be working just fine to me but I’m still replacing it because I have no idea how long this motor was sitting
