What do I have here?

Hi,
I came upon an Evinrude Fisherman 5402B E06343.
Can you tell me year and horsepower?
I suspect 6 hp. It's a twin cylinder.
Nice looking engine, good compression, all parts seem to be there, will need minor care.

5402 = 1964 5.5 hp

It's a sweet engine.
Compression is good, carburetor was just gone through, but, there no spark in the lower cylinder.
Off to the store.
