What did I break? 25hp evinrude. See pic

I have a 92 Evinrude 25hp engine on my Basstracker. I broke a nylon screw with a spring, Please see pic. Can someone help me in identifying what this is and where to get a new one?

Not absolutly sure, but me thinks that's the positive stop for the throttle linkage. Go to marineengine.com and lookup the parts manuel for your motor, then look under the carb. section.
