What brand spark plugs? 86 Merc 135

My manual only lists NGK BU 10H, My local mech. is partial to Champion. The Seloc says check to see if manufacturer has changed it recomondation! Anyone know what I should buy? thanks

Merc likes the NGK. if the mechanic wants to install Champs, he should cross reference. Normally Champ and NGK make rival plugs.

An auto parts store should have a listing for your motor, and should stock the plugs.
