Re: What body of water do you boat in?

Yeah, I hit most of the local lakes, but Lake Pleasant is my primary lake as it is about a 15 minute drive from my home. The best part about Lake Pleasant is the 10 lane boat ramp. I put a pic of the ramp below. The pic was taken to show a sunk boat at the doc, but also show the ramp. I am not sure who owned that boat, but I bet some unfortunate person is now posting questions on the restoration forum.

WOW, I have never seen a ramp like that before.

Big lake for us. Lake Winnipesaukee in NH (at least most of the time). We also boat on the ocean (Casco Bay and Long Island Sound amongst other places).

Watts Bar is a nice area. Spent sometime there years ago when I lived in Chattanooga. Great area for boating - lots of choices!

Candlewood Lake, CT a man-made lake created back in 1929 to generate electric power. It's Connecticut?s largest lake, with over 60 miles of shoreline and covering over 30 square miles in area. Average depth is about 30 feet. Very crowded during the summer holidays?
