what are the three top favorite vehicles you have ever owned???

heres my top three

1965 chevy II nova. bought it before i had a license to drive, kept it for many years and many transformations. last change was turning it into a gasser......leaf springs in all four corners, drum brakes all the way around, no power options of any kind. scary ride but many fond memories. the car never let me down.

1981 vette 4 speed. great car, could jam 4 guys and all the hunting gear to go for a week to a camp 5 hrs away. it would plow through a foot of snow and not skip a beat. loved the hatchback feature and the great gas mileage. this one never let me down either! (oh.....i should say....it was a chevette....not a corvette).

lastly...my current vehicle. 2006 ford ranger 2wd. im not a ford guy, but other than fuel mileage, i cant complain about this trouble free little truck! (knock on wood). basic maintenance and it has treated me very well.

'51 Chevy Fleetline Deluxe 4dr- Currently own. Not in great shape but it's fun to drive, runs very reliable for such an old car

'92 Ford Ranger. $400 beater, 2.9/5spd 4x4. Never skipped a beat and it had 200k miles on it. sold at a profit

'67 Ford Falcon- Owned about 4 years but only drove for 1. Neat car and was a major project right before I sold it ( built turbocharged 6cyl )

All of these hit between 240k and 301k miles:

'93 Dodge Ram Van 250 - Starcraft Conversion van that was incredible. Our current Ford might be able to take this one in the long haul, but that Dodge was a great van.

'92 Ford Escort Wagon - nice driving, no problems and incredible gas mileage (45MPG sometimes)

'87 Chrysler Laser Turbo (Dodge Daytona-ish) - no, seriously. It was fun to drive too.

So many choices...

1965 Chrysler 300 I had in high school, cause it was so frickin' cool-looking. And I could fit everyone I knew in it.

1971 Firebird with the 455 I also had in high school. Frickin' awesome, but boy was it a gas-sucking rust bucket. I never could grow a mullet, though.

1978 Ford LTD II I had in college, because I could also fit everyone I knew and everything I owned in it. AND it had power windows! I lived in that car for a few months.

I've had over 100 new cars. That's what you get when you work for an automobile manufacturer and spend most of 36 years on the road.

Mercur Skorpio--black with the most luscious black leather interior I've ever seen.

Jaguar XK8 convertible--and I still have it.

Lexus IS250--red

2003 F250 Powerstroke diesel crewcab Lariat 2wd--10 years old and just broken in @ 104K miles.

I had a 280ZX 1976 ran forever. 3000 mits drove 180K miles. brakes and one transmission. Nothing else, no bulbs, air, nothing. Sold it with everything working with 190k miles.

Favorite. High school was a 1967 Firebird. Towed it home for $275. Put a small block Chevy in it and drove the ppp out of it.

First car, 1951 Chevy Coupe, made some changes, messed with some folks, 1965 Chevy Impala, Canary Yellow, 396 Special High Perf 425 HP, 4 spd, 410 rear, 1994 GMC Pickup, 5.7, Auto, 363 rear, still have it.

Had an '89 super coupe as well, loved that car! Almost as much as the 99 Ford Expedition. 3rd would have to be 1974 Chevy Blazer (first car).

1970 Ford Maverick. My first car. A hand me down from my grandfather. The stereo cost more than the car. In-line 6 with 3 on the tree. The body rust out around the motor.

1978 Pontiac Grand Prix - Sharp car. Rally sport package. Maroon with White interior. A real chick magnet with plenty of room to spread out.

1991 Honda Civic - bought from our neighbor in 1994 for $3.5K with 34K on it. Still driving it with a 179K. Nothing but oil, gas and tires, knock on wood

'70 Chev C10 pickup, 350, 3 on the tree. Passed down to me after my grandfather passed. 1st vehicle.
'72 Pontiac LeMans - The ladies liked that car...... Jacked up, kick butt exhaust and Cragars....... 2 tone, black and charcoal metallic.
'12 Ram 2500 crew cab, hemi. I really like that truck.

1 - First car - used 1967 Mustang - Black. Turned out to be a POS but it was my FIRST - "the black jet"...
