I've chased this thing until i've about to run out of answers. I get to the lake today make a run to my first fishing spot. Turn off my motor and fished for awhile. Restarted it it took off no problem. I then made a long run up lake and fished another spot of mine. Again i turned off the motor fished for probably a hour and a half or two. Restarted my motor it was coughing and wouldn't stay running. I adjusted out my air idle screws. I got it running better and no coughing ran back to my earlier spot fished for a half hour or so. Restarted my motor and it took off. I went back to the marina and i was replacing my runners so i left the boat setting for another hour or maybe just a little longer. When i restarted it, it coughed and spit and wouldn't stay running again. I'am starting to notice a pattern with it. The longer i let it set the worse it runs when i restart it. It doesn't load up on oil,it isn't smoking. I thought maybe it was the crappy eythanol fuel. Put some real gas in it, it made no difference. Pulled plugs they look like there firing right. I just can't figure this thing out and its driving me nuts. Any help would be appreciated.

Have a look at the following thread, paying attention to Seahorse5's comments.

I 've read that before. It makes sense. This one heat soaks bad then. Do you think the vapor in the bowls is what makes it sneeze? I guess it would kinda cause a lean condition huh. Man if i have to put up with this crap all the time i'll be selling this thing next year. You can't really tell someone my motor has to run for five minutes while their waiting for you to take it out of the water. I'am not using eythanol fuel anymore and its still acting this way. You can't tell me that these things develope this problem brand new. I'd be taking it back to the dealer the next day. I've heard something about a recall on the carburator vents for this motor does anyone know anything about that?
