hi i have a 1976 65 hp mercury outboard,last week i put in a new water pump,but i had a heck of a time getting the lower leg back on,but i got it.but now when i shift into reverse,all i hear is a grinding noise.it can't get into gear.i was wondering if anyone knows how to adjust the cable on the side of the motor
