Water in my dry storage

I have a 2015 tracker 16V SC and when it rains I get water in my dry storage on both sides of the boat ! It seems like it's coming from below? The boat is in new condition. Anybody have the same problem?

Used 2015 under cover or covered unless it's in the water.
