Water droplets on port side spark plugs

Hello everyone. Question...1993 Mercruiser 260, water droplets on port side plugs, milky oil. After running port side riser is cool compared to starboard side. Could a bad manifold or riser gasket be the culprit? Or an improperly installed gasket?Thanks for viewing!

Those are some possibilities. So it is best to disassemble the riser/elbow and see if there is water in the inner chamber of the exhaust manifold. Be sure to drain down the manifold before disassembly

As Ted says, drain the manifold before ya crack the riser loose,.....
