water drain plug

i have a 1982 mercury 150 and was wondering if there is such a thing as a water drain plug, or how do you get the water out of the block for the winter months? I did change the lower unit oil, but conserned about the motor. thanks

Ayuh,... Is this an Outboard,..??

If so, they drain naturally when in the vertical position...
