wat year is my motor i have this numbers 85993s e08868 its a 85 hp then it wont start so what should i do

Your engine is a 1969.
As for not starting,check for spark and check if your fuel reaches the carburetors.Does the engine turn over?

ya it does it started on me yesterday at home but when i tried to start it at the lake it wouldent start
