If they're going to resurrect old posts, at least they should pick one with rodbolt, Boomyal, Pointer94, WillyBWright, Rolmops, et al going at it over some political issue. Those were interesting.
What baffles me is here in this large city if you need any kind of medical attention late at night or on the week end the bill most often will be 2 to 3 thousand. Something is very bad wrong with this and then they act like your time is free.......When I have waited over a hour for a long standing appointment ( not a quick referal to speed up my care) I have said "Im sorry but I cant wait any longer and will have to make another appointment" The office staff hates it when you do this, but it is your right. Not your fault the Dr is busy or whatever. You can say I understand he is busy but I stll have to make it for another more workable time.
i went to a dermatologist with my than 18 month old and also had an appointment.After they already rang up my co-pay on the cc they put me in the little room and asked that i put on a gown . i was already in shorts and flip flops and having to chase my daughter around which if i was left in the lobby wouldnt have been bad. After a 45 minute wait i left went to the receptionist and wanted my cc reimburst. there was still 10-15 people in the lobby at 4;30 after a battle i told her that they had these people lined up like cattle. she tells me the only have 3 doctors for 10 per 10 patients. Next day i get a certified letter (im thinking apology) i t was letter from the DR. saying he is taking his services away im no longer his client. I send my certified back
telling him everything that is basically stated above. and i cancelled my services with him F N jerk. Dr Crane wilmington NC
