Hi Can anyone tell me why there are gaps between the Plastic Cover and the Bell Housing,,is water supposed to flow through those gaps for cooling purposes?
If not,,I'm planning on sealing all the gaps,,also if it's for cooling purposes,,,wouldn't outside water be good enough to cool.
