2006 Glastron 5.7 235 gxi-g Volvo Penta out drive won't go up or down. I traced it and blew a relay. I replace the relay and still no up or down. I did not find another inline fuse anywhere. Any other ideas where I could look. Or am I able to bypass and go directly to the Tilt motor to raise it? Also what is this fuse with breaker?

Also what is this fuse with breaker?
Could be the breaker/fuse or "resetable" fuse for your trim.

Volvo did/does many different styles of trim system power supply. Some on the breaker panel you've pictured, others are divorced from there.

An ohm meter and oem wiring diagram/visual confirmation of wire routing will help you immensely

inboards do not have trim.

I/Os do

you almost can not "blow" a relay.

yeah, you melted that relay...... Time to break out the wiring diagrams and see where the motor gets its power from. You "SHOULD" be able to directly wire to the motor for testing purposes ONLY, however with the amperage that it took to melt that relay, the motor may already be pooched.

Based on info provided, you appear to have a short to ground, or at least had one.

Replacing the relay could very well have solved your issue, they do fail.

Monitor the relay and trim system, the failed relay may be a result of a further issue
