I would think opposite of this statement

As rpm increase, vessel speed increases

600-700 idle in gear/minimum wake, 1100 rpm at earliest off minimum wake speeds

Just took it out on the water. Running good. I have the oem points but didn’t put them on. It’s running about 4000 rpms at wot so it’s only about 200 rpms off, very close. I’m going to adjust with the analog tach/dwell meter when it gets here and hopefully get it dead on. Have a small water leak to fix but that’s just a shaft seal on the water pump. Fixing that today. Thanks for all the help.
