Yeah i thought that as well about the purple wire. I wonder why mine does not have it connected like that. It has never been connected nor is there a loose wire that "looks" like it should go there. Thanks for the help again. I am not a mechanic nor mechanically inclined (I can do test lights no problem tho heh) so I will take the boat to a mechanic and have them do the work so I don't screw anything else up. If that's the problem I will let you all know.
