Volvo Outdrive Sags

I have a 1990 Glastron with AQ131 C motor. The trim works fine but when I put the trim all th way up it begins to sag and eventually will go all the way down. Do I need to fill the trim motor oil? If so where is it.

The seals in the rams or the in the pump are bad.

is this somehting easily replacable? wher is the pump located? what can look for?
