Re: Veteran's day/month offers
Refer to your local dealer and mention the discount. There is NO NEED in signing up via a web site to obtain this discount.
This is the official GM PDF

As a side not....... GM makes this offer a few times throughout the year and make a big deal out of it. It annoy's me that they would use the tactic that this is a brand new offer and will expire......
The GM people just need to stop the lies and support the military year round....... not when they feel they need to increase sales and jump on the bandwagon.
GM does support the military year-round and has continuously offered discounts to active duty members and Reserves of the U.S. Military for several years. The current program ? the GM Military Discount ? has been available continuously since February 2008. There may be some confusion around the extension of the GM Military Discount to retired military members, which was available in May and November 2010 in honor of Memorial Day and Veterans Day.
To take advantage of the GM Military Discount, eligible military members will need a ?Go Code,? which is available at gmmilitarydiscount.com. It?s easy to obtain and only takes a minute, but does require signing up on the site. Of course, your participating Chevrolet, Buick or GMC Dealer can walk you through the process.
As a side note, GM also supports our military through the Cell Phones for Soldiers program, which offers troops the chance to call home for free with 60-minute calling cards. Plus, in 2011 GM will auction off its Military Tribute Chevrolet Camaro with the proceeds going to military charities.
