Hi there Verhougd, welcome to iboats! While I don't believe your going to be able to find an actual wiring diagram of how the wires are ran in your boat model online, I was able to locate a general wiring color diagram for Tracker and Bass Tracker boats. The best thing to try and do would be before removing the wires you have now at each accessory, try to compare the colors you have now to the list above and make needed changes if any.
